Apricot-Garlic Salmon

Ingredients: 

1/3 cup apricot jelly or jam 
3 cloves garlic, finely minced 
1 1/2 tsp cider vinegar 
1/2 tsp lemon juice 
4 6-ounce salmon steaks (about 1 inch thick) 

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 350F.

2. Mix the apricot jelly, garlic, lemon juice and cider vinegar in a small bowl.

3. Rinse and dry the fish. Place fish in a shallow, oiled baking dish.

4. Spoon the apricot-garlic sauce over the fish, spreading evenly.

5. Bake in oven for 15 minutes at 350F. Salmon is done when the center is opaque.
